Migrating or syncing settings, tags and presets?

Has anyone found an efficient method to migrate or sync things like tags and presets between different installations of Tracktion/Waveform? Basically, I want to use it on two machines. I'm able to copy the files across, but it's a shame that I lose all of my presets when I go to the other computer.

What OS are you on? If you copy your settings directory across to the new machine everything should work fine.
Windows:

MacOS:

I've done what you suggested on Linux and it worked, thanks. Once I started the program up, it had all of my tags and presets, although it made me register again, which worked fine. Now, to copy a few missing plugins across etc...
