I'm demoing the MUnison (while it's at half price) and thought that it would create harmonies for normal pop song styles, which has been suggested to me by others. At the moment I'm working on a piano ballad, and would like to have a backup vocals choir on the chorus etc (very traditional). However, though there are A LOT of FX in this plug, I can't figure out how to get a good, somewhat realistic chorus.
Am I using the wrong plug? I have also tried the MHarmonizer very briefly, and perhaps that would be a better choice? At the moment, I haven't figured out where to insert the MIDI in yet, but I assume that I can feed the plug with MIDI from a track in my host (MuLab).
I'd be very happy for comments on these questions, and even more for some suggestions for how to actually achieve what I want. I'm sure it can be done with Melda's powerful plugins, but am a bit overwhelmed by the options.
(Perhaps a light version of whatever plugin could be a good thing, to make it more of a one trick pony for us who just "want it to work" with vocal harmonies?)
Thanks!
