Hi all
I did 20 presets for EVE in FXP format. Leads, pads, keyboards, hybrids and synths. Grab 'em at Patch Arena
http://www.patcharena.com/index.php
Right now, it's on the front page as they were just announced.
Comments, suggs welcome. These are my first patches using EVE: I am converted!

Thanks!

PS - I understand that you have chatted with a dear old friend of mine - from Buffalo originally, now living out west near you...His name is Ed Hecht (of digitalhecht.com)

Yes...I had the same problem with XT...but they load fine in TobyBear MiniHost and Tracktion..so I am stumped! Is this an XT issue with EVE?

Just tried them in SX2 - they don't work there either (using EVE 1.4)

Hi..I used Tracktion...but came across a solution.
I put the indevidual FXP's into the Blank Bank download in Tracktion, saved it as an FXB. Then I was able to load it in TobyBears Mini-Host ( just paid my registration for it too!!!)and then saved it with Mini-Host as an FXB and it now loads fine in EnergyXT: so..MiniHost saved the day! I am designing some new sounds ( exploring the split capability as well as pads, leads, and stuff) and will upload to Patch Arena when I am done. It will be in FXB, so a lot easier to load and play with.
thanks for the feedback so far. I really recommend Toby's Mini Host: a sound designers dream! Good patch managment as well.

Yes I had the same problem with some of my patches saved in Chainer initially that weren't loading right. I used Minihost to fix them and resave as a FXB too. Very useful app.tconrardy wrote:liqih wrote:ok don't panic,

ah, sorry to say this but please don't use Tracktion
to share presets,
BTW I also registered MiniHost, <grin>
well Tim, looks my FXB is useless now, <grin>
ok when you got a bigger FXB send it to me
and I'll do a BNK to put in EVE Banks folder
