Please make sure this is a valid Sylenth1 preset

I just bought a bank of sounds with Sylenth presets but every time I try to run the preset an error message appears "Error (4) loading file: /Volumes/...../Dop_Lead .fxp Please make sure this is a valid Sylenth1 preset. "I have uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled again by reinstalling an old version but nothing makes it still does not work. Would anyone have the solution to my problem? Thank you
