i have a problem with midicontrolers in T6 on mac osx el capitan.
they appear in settings-midi with their name (korg nanokey, akai mpk mini) and are activated. but in the edit, they won't appear in the list of entries for the trackinput. there is just a generic device for midi then and the controler does not work.
has anybody seen this and have some tips?
this is not my machine, where it works properly (mac osx yosemite), but somebody i am helping to get into working with tracktion.

Have you go the MIDI controller assigned to a "Control Surface"? Can you check in the "Control Surface" page of the settings tab?
If so, select the control surface and make sure the "Hide MIDI Input Device" option isn't checked. If it is, the device won't appear in the list of MIDI inputs in the Edit page.
