Help with Multi controller & Beatstep

I am trying to get "Toms MultiBI Controller" script working with the Beatstep controller.

Everything works fine when Beatstep is set to Absolute mode, The issue I have with this is the value of the knobs will jump inside Bitwig if I change the knob on another midi channel - This is expected and not great when using different midi channels for different vst devices.

I would like to have it working in Relative mode to avoid the above, When I set the Beatstep to Relative mode it becomes unusable as the value will always stay in the center. If I turn it quick the value will change for a second before defaulting back to the center.

Any help would be appreciated
