Hi,

thanks for the fast reply.

I just tried to download the "SynthMaster 2.9 Beta VST/VSTi/AAX for Windows 32bits/64bits Installer"

but I get the following message: "Invalid e-mail adress entered. Please double check the values."

(On the "offical" Site my EMail Address works perfectly)

Any Ideas?

and you of course entered your correct serial number?
I don't know if they share the same database. Hopefully Bulent can answer that.

Hi,

I just copied and verified the serial from my registration E-mail and then I tried to download the beta several times.
Maybe I just wait until Version 2.9 is officially released?!

I have the full bundle, but i still get "Invalid e-mail adress entered. Please double check the values." also...

I will, soon. The main reason for the error the OP got was that the beta database was not synced to the pro
duction database.

Anyhow, we released v2.9 yesterday so no need to use the betas server anymore!
