Hey there,

Just installed the new beta today and now Repro-1 is having issues on FL Studio 12.5. Repro-5 works just fine.

I tried deleting it from the FL database with no change. Haven't tried deleting the VST just yet.

What issues exactly? Are you using the VST2 or VST3 version? And after installing, have you tried re-scanning the plugin folder?
