OK, I give up. I can't figure out how to delete markers. I'm stoopid.

I think you just type in ctrl-1-9 to create the marker, and if you type it a second time it erases it again.

Didn't your copy of Tracktion come with a help-file?

Up to 9 markers can be placed at points along the edit, so you can quickly jump back to them later. To insert a marker at the cursor position, press CTRL + one of the number keys, and to jump back to a marker, just press the appropriate number key.

To remove a marker, you can press CTRL + the number twice.

why they do not show the complete helpfile as an online-help is beyond me... apparently they edited some topics out of the helpfile - probably Ben Olswang thinks markers aren't important

but anyway:

Tracktion has the complete helpfile built-in - just click F12
