Unable to register WOW2 and No Help

I purchased three Sugar Bytes plugins on Cyber Monday. Turnado and Cyclop both registered with zero issues. For some reason, WOW 2 acted like an invalid serial number and said to contact support. Well, I have done that three times in the past week or so with no reply. I didnt even get a form email stating they received my communication and wouldn respond in x amount of days. I even contacted AudioDeluxe, which is where I bought all three products, and have yet to hear from them! Is this the norm when dealing with Customer Service? I would really like to have my copy of WOW2 working so I can start using it. Thank you!

I'm so sorry to hear this! Usually, you will receive an answer within 24 hours. So it's really unclear why you neither received an answer from support(at)sugar-bytes.de nor why we never received an email from you but clearly something went wrong here, leading to a less than ideal experience for you. Please be assured that you and the rest of our customers mean the world to us and that we wouldn't be where we are without you.

Maybe try to send an email from an alternative email address or check for a way to whitelist sugar-bytes.de which hopefully avoids any trouble receiving emails in the future.

Anyway, please go to the About Screen of WOW2 (click the WOW logo) and directly reenter the serial there or when you reinstall.
Double check that you enter the correct serial by hand to avoid copy/paste errors when installing.

If it still doesn't work, does your user account has admin rights? Maybe this would solve any problems.
Make sure to install WOW2 on the user account you will really work with afterwards and that the path really exists on the correct user account.

If you still have problems please send me a PM and let me know your serial and registered email address to figure out what's going wrong.

Just wanted to follow up so that fellow readers can hear about the resolution to my problem. Nadine from Sugar Bytes took great care of my issue! There were a few errors with my order and I want to praise all involved!

I reached out to both AudioDeluxe and Sugar Bytes. The contact form on Sugar Bytes’ webpage did not work properly. Therefore, I posted on this forum. Nadine from Sugar Bytes was quickly able to identify my issue. Something happened in the order process and I received a serial number that had already been registered. Both companies provided excellent service and I now have my WOW2 filter. I appreciate companies that care about their customers and I can safely say that AudioDeluxe and Sugar Bytes are both top-notch!
