Hello,

The idea is to play and hear all the new Repro-5 presets in Linux using the Repro-5 beta (that works nicely) without having to wait what could be weeks.

It seems possible to extract the new presets and use them with the Linux beta. I have tried to extract the .pkg file of the Mac version but to no avail in the recent Linux Mint 18 (KDE based). Clicking on the .pkg file will offer only the option of opening the file as if it was text. I found a xar source code from 2007 on Google Code, but configure asks for a 'xml2-config' package which seemingly is found in the libxml2-dev package. The problem is, installing this libxml2-dev will remove libxml2 (!) and that one is linked to a hundred or so other software packages. Not doing that.

Is there an easy way of getting the 900 new presets ? If it's not a copyright infringement, can some zip only the presets of the Repro-5 release candidate (or perhaps the official release ?) an pass it on through PM ?

(Are the preset files CR/LF dependent based on the OS ? Does it matter ? )

Cheers.

Can't see why it would not be OK to post them, as they are posted here officially anyway, just in another compression format.
