Export midi Tracks to Midi file

I thinks is posible because the main project windows refer to exported midi, but still not figured out how.

If you click "Export" -> "Render to a file" and then choose "MIDI File" from the dropdown you can render to MIDI files.
You might want to make sure you have "Pass through plugins" turned off if you have lots of synths on the tracks otherwise they will probably eat the MIDI (this option is there in case you have MIDI modifier plugins like chord/transpose/arp etc. that you do want to render through).
