U-He Triple Cheese synth crashes Live 10b6

I've reported it as a bug to Ableton, but does anyone else see this behavior? I'm on Mac and when I instance the plugin, I get a white window where the GUI should be. And Live will crash if I instance it from a previously saved (Live 9) rack.

I dig this quirky synth so it would be nice for it to work in Live 10...

Is any message on that white GUI, along the lines of not finding data?
Have you moved the Mac equivalent of the dll (the actual code)
I ask because I moved a win dll of 3d_Cheese and this is what I got.
It could not find the "Data" folder, which on Win are shortcuts pointing to the Data >> so it could also be an Ableton thing not liking shortcuts/links.

I get nothing... just blank white. As far as I'm aware there is nothing but the actual VST, no dlls on Mac. I'm going to keep tinkering and see if I can figure out what's going on.

Maybe try uninstalling and then reinstalling.
It does seem at first that the synth can not find this data folder... the data folder includes the code etc for the GUI.
BTW dlls in win are that actual synth, just the win naming convention.

And it's working for you in Live 9? You may be aware already but the white interface/lack thereof is a known bug that occurs when the plugin can't read the data folder and can be fixed, i think, by either moving the folder somewhere with less restrictive permissions settings or changing the permissions of the containing folders

Aha, no I was not aware the white screen was a known issue. I haven't revisited this since my previous post but plan to today, will see what I can figure out. Thanks!

OK, macOS Sierra, Live 10.0b7, and a fresh re-install of TripleCheese... instant crash again if instanced via a saved rack. Can anyone else confirm the behavior?

Oh also, white window if instanced on its own.
