Hi,
Pardon my stupidity here but I cant figure out one simple thing...
I want to be able to use my midi keyboard or virtual midi input (QWERTY) on any selected track so I can hear ideas with that instrument assigned to that track.
Currently it looks as if I always need to select the left side of the track and set its input which really is a workflow killer. Can I just select the track and start bashing away at my input controller and get sound?
Cheers,
gavin

Ok so I've figured out that I don't need to right click the track and set the midi input to play around in that track with its current sounds/VST and instead, I can just drag/drop the input from track to track. That's definitely quicker and easier so I can live with that.
I would still like to request (if there is no other way) that midi input follows the selected track.
