Splittable controller?

So I've got this controller that'll let me define 4 zones on the keyboard, and transmit each zone on a different MIDI channel. How can I send each channel to a different track? I figured out how to use a rack and NDC's channel filter to trigger multiple instruments from the one input stream, but I'd prefer the channels be assigned to seperate tracks.
