Hey. So, I got a new computer (a Lenovo with Windows 10) and I have redownloaded MuLab. I have tried numerous times to input my user key used on a Mac, and I get a window of the activation screen of MuLab with all the information, and then if its clicked on, it disappears. It states nothing in the information that the app gives me that the key is for Mac use only. Is it Mac Use Only, or is something wrong with my MuLab?

User keys are cross platform. Make sure it's copied properly. If not, try patching/re-downloading the application.
If the above doesn't solve it, make a detailed report (screenshots/videos are amazing) and send it to the email listed: http://www.mutools.com/company-about.html
DO NOT post your user key here. If you do make a video or a screenshot, send them to Mutools alone.
Hope this helps,
Dakkra

Assuming you were using the same version of MuLab on both, yes, the key should just work. Of course, if you upgraded when you installed a new version on Windows, you may have been trying an out of date key -- you've not said anything about the versions of MuLab.

Updates: http://mutools.com/mulab-mux-change-log.html
Maybe you only inserted your initial user key, not yet your permanent user key.
See http://www.mutools.com/info/docs/mulab/ ... ation.html
Anyway, best to email me, find email address here: http://www.mutools.com/company-about.html
General note:
Please NEVER show a user key in a public post, picture, video, ...
It would violating the user agreement and may render a user key invalid.
I'm adding this general note just to emphasize the importance, also towards anyone reading this topic.
Thanks.

You recieve the permanent user key via email, if I am not mistaken, and that user key is the one I am using.
Because I downloaded MuLab on a Mac, would it help to update that program before moving it onto the new computer?
Anyways, I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling the program first.

When I run as an administrator, it suggests that my user key is invalid. Would that mean it was deactivated, or what?

You don't need to run as Administrator.
Never extract into "C:\Program Files". You should use a directory that isn't protected by Windows.
