Waveform 9 Biotek no Samples or Instruments, Update did not work

Hi, I have a littele Problem, I bought Waveform 9 Pack with Biotek, but there are no Instruments, samples or other Content.
I tried to go to: Bioteck -> Global -> Check for Updates = No Downloadable Products

Is there a posibility to download this stuff manualy, Biotec is working.

All the individual installers are available under your account, in the 'Individual App Installers' section directly below the bundle installer

Hi @hc-hardy, can you also please contact support@tracktion.com with your account email address as if no downloads are appearing it looks like there may have been an issue adding the licences to your account. This will mean you'll miss out on updates in the future.

Did BioTek unlock ok for you?

Hi Thanks for the Advice, but thwere is everything I bought but not Biotek ....

But the Problem is solved, Update process worked after a few trys.
