To reproduce:

- Put a few tracks in an edit
- Put a few FX on the i.e. first track
- Open the Mixer view
- Disable the track from the browser

Here on my side, the disabled track disappear from the arrangement but is still present in the mixer until I close and reopen it...
Second, if you wait a bit and go with your mouse cursor over the plugins on the deactivated track (if you haven´t closed and reopened it before) slowly they getting one by one this little yellow indicator for being disabled...

I think, if the tracks got hidden from the arrangement, they should disappear in the mixer as well without close and reopen it...than the second part doesn´t matter 8)

Next one: If you have more fx on a track loaded than the mixer can display in it´s current state, the last ones just get hidden... no way to access them anymore until you reduce the amount or resize the mixer...

Not good... imho the fx list should get a scrollbar if needed...

Confirmed on MacOS as well... Though I don't think it quite qualifies as a three exclamation point issue. ;)
