Can't register the Demo of Biotek

Hi there,
i have downloaded and installed the Demo of Biotek, but i can't register the 30 days trial, because i always get the error in my DAW:
"Registration Failed! Couldn't connect to tracktion.com..."

So why it don't works? Any help or hints?
