Severals plugins now throw LoadLibrary failed with error 1114: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed after update to windows 10 spring creatos update (clean install), here's the actual list.
ALL my native instrumets plugins: Kontakt 5.7.3, Battery 4.1.6, Reaktor 6.2.1...
FabFilter (all plugins)
Waves StudioRack, and i assume all waves plugin



NOTE: Windows 10 Spring Creators Update is going to be released to every win10 computer later this month so this must be fixed before the official launch

Is this Waveform specific? What happens if you try to load the plugins with another host?

hello i tried on waveform versions 8 and 9 with no luck, but also tried in FL STUDIO 12.5.1 and the plugins are working fine there

Just downgraded to win10 fall creators update and everything is working again
