Any way to insert a clip from a preset with macro???

The reason I ask is:

New Midi clips (inserted with shortcut "G") have quantize setting "off", which even offsets it´s own pattern generator presets... means notes, which are saved from a quantized clip are suddenly off by a few ticks, if the preset is loaded into a unquantized clip...

I don´t know, who works by default with midi always unquantized (and I don´t want at all hear how this would sound...) but it gives me trouble with the pattern generator and I would like to have a default clip set to 1/4 beat quantize by default... and tbh I don´t know a single DAW giving you by default a new midi clip, which doesn´t work on the grid (if grid is active)

I know, I could drag the clip from the browser, but this means always having to browse for it... so a macro, which does everything in one go (like "G" but with a clip of my choice) would be helpful...
