Setting a recording timer cutoff in Waveform 8

I'm transferring audio from some old cassettes to digital using Waveform 8 and was wondering if there's a way to set a time limit so Waveform will stop recording after so many minutes. That way, if I leave the cassette unattended and it reaches the end and cuts off, Waveform won't keep recording silence for hours on end.
Does anyone know of a way to do this within Waveform?

Hm, I'm no Waveform expert (yet!) but can't think of a way to do this in W8. However, maybe try Audacity?

Set in and put markers, in at the start, out after x time, record in punch-in mode

Keyboard shortcuts i and o to set in and out markers, where the cursor is, keyboard shortcut P, or the button in bottom right of the gui, to toggle punch recording on and off (only records when the playhead cursor is between the in and out markers.
There's no way to automatically stop the recording, but it won't record anything that happens past the "out" marker, so it achieves the same thing.
