When playing long chords in a chord generator clip on an external midi device, notes very often hang when playback is stopped.
This has gotten much worse in W9, than in W8 but maybe slightly less frequent in 9.1.1.
Pressing the panic button silences the hanging notes. Restarting playback also instantly silences them.
