[Bug] Dragging the New Plugin (+ button) to a track's plugins list sometimes doesn't work right

I've noticed that, occasionally, when I drag the New Plugin button from the top-right onto a track's plugins in order to insert a new plugin, the popup menu displaying my plugins will briefly appear then disappear. Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

This doesn't happen every time, but it is frequent enough that I think I'll stick with just using right-click -> add new plugin.
