Does Axiom have an auto volume swell pedal equivalent?

Post

Not really, but you can approximate one using a gate with slow attack. Check out the "Guitar - Drive + FX/ Swell - Fifth Reverb" preset for an example using the gate integrated in the amp sim. You may have to adjust the parameters of the gate to adapt to your playing.

Here is a demo of this preset in action:

I was about to ask this same question.

I guess the original question and answer was almost 4 years ago, but I cannot find the preset mentioned above in the current Axiom demo.

So, what's the latest state of play on this?

What's the easiest way to achieve a nice autoswell/slow gear effect like the one in Amplitube 5?

Thanks

You can find the preset if you search for "swell" in Axiom's presets manager. We have not worked on a dedicated effect yet.

Got it thanks.

It's not quite what I need; I'm looking to be able to adjust the fade in time to anywhere between 200ms and 2 seconds.

That's where Axiom's ability to load third party plug-ins makes sense! :-)
