Hi,
a friend of me wants to know if you can use a note or CC# to select the A/B..subpresets.
He has read that u can use program-change but he is still not happy with that solution..Silly, i know.
It could very well be that he has overlooked other options. (he's not the brightest lamp)

Tell your friend to explore the options within the MIDI settings available from the MIDI button on the lower right corner of most Melda plugins. I'm not very familiar with using it but the help says that you can MIDI learn by selecting a note and adjusting a parameter to link them. There are tons of other methods that you can change them too, just explore the Multiparameters and Modulators more deeply and watch the videos on them!

I actually don't remember all the options 
. But anyways I think the MIDI program change is actually the only one for AH presets. For normal presets there are several other options (e.g. any MIDI controller...). But be careful with this - changing presets take time, so doing that for a projects being rendered is dangerous - if the host doesn't give the plugin enough time, it may just not switch. I'd personally recommend simply using multiple instances. Or if the differences are not so big, use automation (or via multiparameters).

The manual is correct..it says the same.
When it's possible to change the A/B stuff instantly.. then it could be fun being able to change these with midi notes or cc.
On the other hand, there already so many buttons, knobs and features.
(I personally would rank that higher than alot other things.
.. also go from A to B with modwheel maybe. But that's just silly me. Move along..)

Unfortunately you cannot really go instantly and that just cannot be done, it's not about changing a few (thousand) automatable parameters here... unfortunately...
