Upgrade How???

I am trying to upgrade from Synthmaster 2.9.6 to "Everything Bundle"
When trying to complete payment, a red * shows up beside my visa security code and i get this message "To be able to use coupon code SMEUPGRADESM2 you need to have an existing license for SynthMaster 2.9 VST/AU/AAX for Windows/MacOSX"

I am using the link provided inside my registered Synthmaster.vst
