The Search bar is clear. I see the same issue. The counts are wrong or the presets are missing in the other Oscillators too.

The search bar is obviously clear to the eyes but still, I did not trust the observation since there could be "non-printable" characters isn't it. So I did press clear, and a couple of times at that, before posting.

If I'm not mistaken, these OSC presets should be different waveforms. Having around 50 of them looks right.... if only they were to be seen. Ctrl-clicking to randomly choose one will only cycle through the the clicks folder whose presets can be clearly listed. For OSC1 there's no click subfolder, so there's no random choosing even though more than 50 items are counted in the root folder.

I looked in the MSynthesizerOscillatorpresets.xml file and there are loads (81?) of presets in there. For example, type 10 into the Search bar.

For some reason the other folders are not being displayed.

Indeed. And when inputting 4, the root folder shows '4 of 10' but what does it mean ? If there are 10 items related to '4' then shouldn't they be seen ?
