Struggling with Tracktion products on Win10

I am trying to get Tracktion products installed on Win10 and having no end of issues. Installed on a Mac with no problems!

I purchased the Waveform 9 bundle that comes with BioTek2. For some reason, the bundle installed BioTek (1 I guess), which I don't have a license for. I downloaded and activated BioTek2, but can't get the content! Waveform only offers to download content for the original BioTek. Can someone please let me know how to download the content for BioTek2 for Win10?
