I own 10 u-he products. I tried about a dozen times to retrieve the license codes using my email as instructed. Every time, the server said the request was queued up.

After two weeks, I've never received a response. I purchased Repro and have never been able to get the code for it because it was after the new website was put up. The only reason why I can run the older purchases is because I got those codes under the old system.

I sent in a request for support, nothing came of it. So two weeks later I put in another one, again nothing. How much longer is this diatribe going to last?

U-he support is usually very reliable. It is possible that their emails are lost in some Internet void due to an blacklisting issue. That does happen sometimes. IK Multimedia cannot send emails to my regular email account, for example. I had to setup a seperate account so that they could reach me.

Do you have a @hotmail address? Those are currently blocking emails from our server. I just looked and we have a couple of failed delivery messages. That's because Hotmail doesn't just block single servers when they encounter spam, they block whole IP ranges.

Also, our admin who usually figures out how to unblock us has been on vacation for two weeks. He'll be back on Monday, but I'm not sure how quickly this stuff resolves.

It would be great if you could send us an alternative email address, e.g. a gmail one, to support at u-he dot com

My email is on the domain name for my own business, which has been around for over twenty years. I had at least four instances over that time where a marketer spoofed my business domain to send out thousands of junk mails. It sounds like that junk hit your server and it blacklisted my domain. I have another email. I'll send it in another support request.

Thanks for following up.

Secure your domain with DMARC, SPF and DKIM records. This makes it nearly impossible for anyone to send mails as if they are coming from your domain. Anyone with a domain being used for mail should be doing this. :)

Many thanks for that, Photontic. I always wanted a a way to stop the insanity. I'll look into it.
