I have a demo version of Diva and I really like it but I can't get any of my midi controllers to use any of the programmable controls in Diva. I have Podolski installed and it works without any issues. Is this a limitation due to the demo?

Are you using the VST3 version? VST3 as a spec never included any built in functionality to allow for MIDI Learn. Steinberg assumed hosts would handle this. Some developers use workarounds (including Steinberg themselves apparently), but apparently it's not advised.hans.r wrote: Mon Oct 08, 2018 2:46 pm I have a demo version of Diva and I really like it but I can't get any of my midi controllers to use any of the programmable controls in Diva. So anyway, background out of the way. If you are indeed using the VST3 version then:
1. Either switch to VST2, or
2. Do your MIDI Learn once in the VST2 version and use the VST3 going forward.
For U-he synths, I personally go with option #1 and just stick to the VST2 versions.
