Shortcut Hold ?

Hello, is it possible to make a shortcut hold ?

I have a new Midi Keyboard, and i shortcuted Play, Loop , Record and that Stuff to the Buttons for that on the Midi Keyboard, but the Buttons on the Keyboard don´t latch, if i release the button for Play the Music will Stop, same with other functions.
