hi,
i just experience a problem with Mux.
i update a new plugin version, but Mux load the next version only after renaming the plugin dll.
does the plugin have to change meta dat or something like that for Mux load the new plugin version ?

MUX will load the DLL that you have chosen, see the Plugin Manager. Note that it's important that you completely quit your host DAW before installing the new plugin version, then after the new plugin version has been fully installed, relaunch your host DAW. If the new plugin version has the exact same DLL name as the one you pointed in MUX, then the new plugin version will be loaded.

i have downloaded the new version of the plugin,
copy and past, replace, the new version of the plugin an start (not restart because i just boot)Reaper. To be certain that i haven't made a mistake i put the new plugin other directory too : Reaper load the right version but not Mux.
it 's the first time that happen.
it was like a web page in cach.
i think that will stay a mystery

If u installed the new plugin version at a different location, then make sure to also update MUX' Plugin Manager, otherwise the old location will still be used of course.
