MDrummer document needs work

First I identify as a new user of MD.

Next, acknowledge I have never met a software engineer that didn't recoil at the request for user documentation.

Then, say my opinion is that it would be easier to learn(and grow into) MD if the manual was better.
I believe a basic improvement can be achieved by hiring a contract editor/writer for a week to do the organization/index over, and estimate what else could be done.

I actually agree, it could be better, but it is nearly impossible, because while other plugins on the market are basically released and then they stay the way they are, MDrummer is constantly evolving, a lot. Sometimes that would mean like rewriting the whole thing... So we could either focus on that, or on the development, and you know me . Anyways what would you change in the docs in particular? The beginning explains how to use it in practice, then there's the "generated" docs like in other plugins from Melda.
