Huge Library for ARTURIA DX7 V

I've started to convert the massive library for DX7 for the Arturia DX 7V.
Since there are almost 1000 folders, I have to put many sounds into big folders. With almost 20,000 sounds it takes a bit.
I have found that there are many double edges. Of course, they are not included and so this library is also smaller.
When I'm done I will post the download here. If anyone suspects copyright issues, please let them know, but the names of the sounds do not say anything about the origin.
here is the Link for download the sysex-Files

Here is a Link for Download. There are over 9.500 Sounds for DX7 V.

hi PietW, this sounds awesome, im a newly member of the V6 and DX7 from them, i never liked NI's FM8 so much but this i hope will give me the pleasant satisfaction of the DX7 as i love the 80s scores and always wanted the sounds of it. keep us posted im heavily interested and thankful!

I just sold my DX 7 so it will be nice getting some of those sounds back without having to reprogram them all from patch sheets, which would probably take the rest of my life.

Great project with much potential (I just got DX7 V for Christmas). However, two questions:PietW. wrote: Wed Dec 26, 2018 5:03 pm I've started to convert the massive library for DX7 for the Arturia DX7 V.
1. What is the source of this massive library? I came across a DX7_AllTheWeb.zip file that contains a massive number of patches (have done nothing with it so far). Is that what you are working from or is it something similar?
2. What do you mean convert? DX7 V is supposed to be able to directly import DX7 sysex files. What else is needed?

The DX7 V can not read the sysex files. You have to import each sound bank first and then save it. Only then can you play the sounds in the DX7 V.dmbaer wrote: Wed Dec 26, 2018 8:26 pmGreat project with much potential (I just got DX7 V for Christmas). Interesting, I tried importing files in last night and came across the same problem of them not loading in DX7 V, so I gave up. So I really appreciate what you're doing.

I think he's in the process of putting it together. But then again I might be misunderstanding this as well.
