Hi all,
I need clarification on a subject I didn't find clear information on. I use the (now-free) T7 DAW, I really like it. The basic package of Waveform 9 has two options: Upgrade and normal, first is $59, second is $109, respectively.
This question is not clearly answered on Tracktion's website: is it possible to upgrade the free T7 DAW to Waveform 9 with the $59 option?

Unfortunately not. If you click the "Buy" button on the W9 product page you'll see this footnote on the bundle comparison table:
T7 or Waveform licenses can upgrade (excluding free versions)

If $99 is too much for your budget, and dont mind being patient, keep an eye on TSC's sales, you will see it going cheaper, as much as 50% off.

That's how I did it...eventually, TSC *did* make an offer too good to pass up.
