Tracktion plugins not loading in mixbus 5

Tracktion plugins not loading in Harrison mixbus 5. They are listed in the proper directory, but Harrison mixbus 5 will not scan for them, as a result, I can't use in the DAW. Win 8.1 32/64 bit OS and plugins. these same plugins work in Mac OS 10.12 +. Any ideas?

Are you looking at the correct plugin directory? ie 64 bit host is looking at 64 bit plugin folder.
