if i place my mouse pointer over a clip, the mouse wheel will move the clip up and down, holding shift will zoom.
if i place my mouse pointer over an empty area, the mouse wheel will zoom, holding shift will move left to right.
it doesn't make sense. the mouse wheel should move in both place and shift-wheel zoom in both place

I'm not getting the up/down thing happening. I'm getting zoom with the wheel and left-right with shift+wheel whether its over a clip or not. What sort of clip is it and which version?
[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.
