Purchased W10 this evening.. can't wait to dig in and see what is new. When I load Collective it prompts me to unlock and that I have 24 days left. I have entered my email and password but have had no success in unlocking it. I am using version 1.2.1 of Collective.
Attempted an offline unlock and it does not like the supplied machine number. I used the machine number supplied by Collective and the one supplied by W10.
I previously had a demo version of W9 installed and simply installed W10 and it seems to have found everything. I did not install new versions of Collective.
Any direction would be appreciated.

That does sound odd. Did W10 unlock ok?
The common problems with unlocking are either a firewall stopping the reply from the server or unsupported characters in the password.
