Waveform 10 - Snapping Off, Notes Still Snap

So I'm trying to nudge some MIDI notes, and they are snapping to quarter note intervals EVEN with snapping turned off. Also: why is it that dragging notes snaps them 1/2 beat intervals? Why won't the notes snap to each grid line the notes pass?

**EDIT**
The snap on/off button is only affecting CLIP snapping, not note snapping.

Also: the snap on/off toggle DOES turn off snapping for MIDI notes in W9. But not in W10.

**UPDATE**
I created a new project/edit, and this unexpected behavior seems to have gone away. Apparently my edit had become corrupted or something...

Hi, just press letter [q] on your keyboard and it'll snap notes to grid.
