Neither glancing through the manual, nor intuitively via the interface, gave me the solution:
How to lock or ”freeze” the chosen parameters, e.g. the sequencer set up for the presets skimming (testing different sounds in the sequencer)?
I guess this is obvious for the old users...

You can lock individual parameters, but not whole sections of the plugin. At least not yet.
You could save the sequencer pattern as a sequencer preset, and then load it into the presets you want to try it with.
