Combine Features of MCompare, MMultiAnalyzer, MLoudnessAnalyzer and MAutoEqualizer to get the ultimate Reference Tool

Hello,

I use all of the above mentioned Melda plugins to reference my mixes to other tracks
and I think it would be great, if we could use all their best features inside MCompare.
For example compare the spectrum, dynamic range, loudness, stereo image, (Multiband-)correlation of the Mix and the Reference tracks (like in MMultianalyzer). Maybe even Eq matching could be included.
I just tested "Metric A|B" from ADPTR Audio and it does many of the things I mentioned but I think Melda Productions could make an even better plug-in.

I would love to see a version of MCompare that allows the user not only to compare by ear but gives also insights about other aspects. As Andi wrote: spectrum (EQ curve and spectrogram), loudness and dynamic range, width/correlation.

I like the idea of combining the features of the plugins mentioned in the title, it would be sort of the child of Metric AB and MCompare on steroids.
Two ideas:
1.
Something I think is phenomenal in Metric AB is that the filters can be linked to the zoom function (+ there are "frequency zoom" presets like sub/bass/low mid/mid/high...). This is way more useful than what I originally thought, so I would be thrilled to have this function on an ultimate melda reference tool.

MCompare can send audio from one track to a master instance of MCompare and allow you to switch between files and track send instances, so basically MCompare can compare the "master out" with any tracks in the current project. I often compare my mix variations by bouncing down my mix and than re-importing it into my project (or I just load it into MCompare) and I use it as a reference in MCompare to see whether my new edits are making the mix better or not. Now if this function could be combined with some kind of a blind test like Hofa 4U+ BlindTest that would be amazing. https://hofa-plugins.de/en/plugins/4u-blindtest/

The blind test feature is already there. Just go to the "blind test" tab in MCompare.

Yes, the "see what you hear" feature in Metric AB is great. The drawback of Metric AB
is that it´s not scaleable.

Perhaps I misunderstand you, but why don't you just insert an MMultianalyzer after your MCompare?

I was thinking about something like a "View file in MMultianalyzer" option on the "File" buttons
in MCompare, so you can view multiple reference files together with your mix in MMultianalyzer.
But maybe it´s easier to implement a spectrum view for source and references in MCompare.

and I know dev time is short but while we're wishing for plugin combinations...

MTotalEQ - Automatic, Dynamic, linear phase, 10-bands, edge filters, modulators, side-chain (per-band?), and whatever else all these non-Turbo EQs have.

I'm guessing many of these variants exist because they were developed at different times, offer different features at different price points, maybe some are lower in CPU and, obviously, LP adds extreme latency, but for complete bundle people or others with several Melda EQs, I think it'd be simpler to have everything under one roof.

I've heard this mentioned before, perhaps on GS, but I thought I'd throw my hat into the ring.

I'm under the assumption that there's just him. Native Instruments just restructured - I guess they got rid of new product teams - so I'll also assume that Melda isn't going to drastically expand his crew in the near future.
