I just tested 4OSC and found out it can be programmed quite well for wind control.
But, there are some artefacts in the sound when the wind pressure changes faster than quite slow.
Could you have a look at this? It would be great if 4OSC could be used for wind control. Several other DAWs offer that functionality.
