I'm at a point where I really want to improve my mixing skills. I know the basics but I'm trying to make the jump between amateur and professional and am looking to release my music, but I want my mixing up to par to where I want it. The music for the track I'm trying to go for is like Dombresky or Kyle Watson, bass house kind of stuff. Wondering if you guys could give me some suggestion on how to get it there and possibly if anyone knows any mixing learning resources towards house / edm music that's beyond the basic youtube videos. I'm at a loss for my searches.

Your mix already sound really good as it is (but there is always a room for improvements) and If you are mixing in the box try some really good hardware emulated plugins they can really make your mix jumps and also a really good mastering plugins both transparent and ones that give color.

I'm not familiar with the genre but that's sounding incredibly solid. Perhaps a touch more "colour" (as Skyfall suggested) wouldn't go amiss. But what's going on here works

In other words, ours skills can only go so far when mixing in the box and eventually they're limited to what equipments we have and in this case the plugins. Investing in computer's cpu & memory and high quality plugins makes all the difference in my experience. The pros surround themselves with quality hardware/software in the studio and that we can't compete.
May I suggest the plugins to checkout:
Everything from Soundtoys, Eventide, Plugin Alliances, Sonnox and Valhalla are top notch.
There are Master Classes online by famous people and producers if you want to try.
Good luck Bro
