I set up an attack / release multistage envelope ( envelope 1) assigned to osc transform
The global envelope is at full sustain and the release section is long enough to hear the modulation release stage of env.1

So when a gate on is received , it goes trough the attack stage ( picture 1 ) , the last breakpoint of the attack stage is the actual sustain phase ( green rectangle ) when a note is held

Then when releasing a key , it goes trough the release stage ( picture 2)

Now , it does not go to release stage when the last breakpoint of the attack stage is zero
Is this intentional or a bug ?
In way it does make sense , since on a conventional adsr , when sustain is 0 , there is no release to give .
But maybe it could be that the release could pick up from the previous zero sustain phase

Basically when you release the key, the engine takes the current value and scales the release graph accordingly, so there's no abrupt change in level. So if you release the key at the moment the value is 0 (such as if you let it go through the entire attack, which ends in 0), then the release is scaled, well, by 0 :), so it's silent.
