u-he web shop: Payment issues solved

Hi all,

Shortly after our release last night our MyCommerce-based shop experienced technical issues. As a result, many of you could not purchase Hive 2.0, its update or any other products, regardless of payment method. Some of you have tried several times and many of you have written to our support. We still have to go through a few hundred emails remaining to be answered.

In the meantime the guys at MyCommerce have resolved the technical issue, and we have agreed that all affected orders shall be deleted. Hence, none of the affected orders shall result in a transaction, and no-one should be double-charged due to this. However, from now on every order should work as expected.

We would like to sincerely apologize for the stress this has caused for some of you. Please trust me that we have made it known to the service that we expect a much more transparent handling in the future, because even we did not know what was going on until a few hours ago.
