midi control of volume levels???

I'm loving Tracktion at this point, despite having to work around a few problems, but what I desperately need is to be able to control individual volume sliders with MIDI controller data. Sort of like the Generic Remote in Cubase.

I though I could use MIDI volume (controller 7) on a per instrument basis, but the problem is that whenever I reset the patch on a particular instrument, the volume pops back to the default. I'm using this system for live performance, which is why I need these real time controls within easy reach.

So my question is, does anyone know of any plugin that is compatible with Tracktion that could provide MIDI control of volume levels?

Will the mixer that is being developed for Tracktion allow this? If so, that's nice, but I could really use something now!

If only Tracktions's basic volume/pan filter could be connected to a controller number on a particular midi input port, that would really be useful.

Meanwhile have you tried cc rider?
