traction 7 won’t open project

[*]i was working on a project and i saved it because i had to unplug my interface (which i now know you shouldn’t because it’s done this a few times) so i could plug in my midi controller. my computer restarts when i unplug it and i saved the project before. i can see it in my files when i look and when i try to open it from my files, it says the project name with the t7 logo beside it and it’s file type is a traction project. i click it, and it open it, but it says “cannot open”. i am so frustrated and i don’t understand computers. this was my first real serious project that i love so if anyone could please help that would be absolutely amazing. thanks
