How to change Snap Resolution without zooming?

How can I increase and decrease the snap resolution without having to zoom in and out?

Sometimes I can't modify the end of notes and I don't want to constantly zoom around on my MacBook Pro to edit notes and note lengths.

That's a good question and probably a very good feature request. I think overall zoom and snap resolution are hard linked but I could be wrong.
