No meters for the Components in MXXX ?

When I insert. (lets say) Compressor or Autovolume in MXXX, I don't have the Meters for these Components, only the Globalmeters in the MXXX Sidepanel. So I have no visual feedback for my adjustments ( e.g. gain reduction ) and I can not see the input and output Level for that Module. Therefore, Gainstaging is hard to do.
Is that intended or do I miss something ? In DestortionMB module the meters are there.
Perhaps the meters could be reachable when the module is opened in the separate Window, and this looks like the normal Plugin.

Assign a Multiparameter to the Meters eg Gain Reduction and it will appear in the Easy Screen.

Any tips on setting that up for better visual presentation? I tried everything but i would just like something to show max values.

Correct. The modules inside MXXX often do not have meters. This is a huge optimization, it just removes all the additional modules such as modulators, multiparameters, meters, A-H etc. and that also simplifies the processing a lot. It makes a huge difference when you have lots of modules in there.
Anyways as Spencer suggested, the plugins still report some data via parameters, and you can use MultiParameters in Meter mode to display that.

FR: Ability to change MXXX level meters to pre-filtered, gated, and/or windowed a la MLoudnessAnalyzer. For example, short-term loudness, integrated loudness. Also, be able to change the Stereo Width meter to be like those in MStereoScope.
I'm making a patch in MXXX and it'd be nice to customize the main meters since we can't add any on the easy screen yet.
Maybe in the future I'll post some other MXXX requests but I really think being able to customize the main meters, so long as we can't add any to the easy screen, would be great. Heck, even making this a global option would be fantastic.

I'm afraid not planned really. But you CAN add meters on the easy screen, maybe not these, not sure though. Anyways I CAN add more meters to MXXX if that's what you are asking for (I'm not sure if you are
).

I think stereo scopes, loudness meters and even some of the compressor displays would be fantastic additions.
Also, while we're on MXXX, can you please make Band Mute for the Crossover module available to the MPs? I've been trying to design a multiband MCompare and ran into that limitation, along with these other metering issues. As it stands, we have to use an MXXX module for Band Mute. Not sure if Band Pan is relevant - haven't fully explored all the MB options.
Basically, I'm trying to make a Reference clone using MXXX, MCompare, crossovers, and the available meters. Reference has the 'trinity' display showing multiband width, level and dynamics but it didn't actually work all that well when I demoed it.
A pre-ALC filtering option in MCompare would be sweet too. This would let you, say, remove bass from a reference track so it'll be louder in the end. Useful if you want to use a fully-mixed track for reference but your rehearsal doesn't have bass yet, etc. Here's what I have so far in that regard with this patch FCompare:
Thanks.

Hmmm interesting. Anyways I'm afraid I cannot add anything like that to the easy screen, perhaps one day, but it will actually be VERY difficult. As for band mute - just use another module, you mix it with a mixer at the end probably anyways, and that one has mute buttons.
